This Privacy Policy explains how Resurgir Consulting, operating as Resurgir Academy ("Resurgir", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Resurgir Academy website, learning platform, and related Services.
This Policy should be read together with the Resurgir Academy Terms of Use. It is intended to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 ("NDPA") and its subsidiary regulations.

Resurgir Consulting is the data controller responsible for personal information processed through Resurgir Academy, unless otherwise stated. Our contact details are set out in Section 11 below.

"Enrolment and learning data" courses enrolled, progress, assessment results, certificates, submissions.

"Usage data" pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns.
"Parental/guardian information" where a learner is a minor, the name and contact details of a parent or guardian providing consent.

- enrolling learners and delivering course content
- assessing coursework and issuing certificates
- processing payments and subscriptions

- professional advisers, auditors, and regulators, where required

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- object to or restrict certain processing
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
- request data portability, where applicable
- lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC)

9. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
Where a learner is under 18, we require parental or guardian consent in accordance with our Terms of Use. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant course and to administer that consent.
10. SECURITY
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
