Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Resurgir Academy. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the Resurgir Academy Terms of Use.

1. PURPOSE

This Policy exists to keep Resurgir Academy safe, respectful, secure, and focused on legitimate learning and professional development.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

When using the Academy, you must not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation

• harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users or staff

• post or transmit hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory content

• impersonate another person, instructor, or organisation

• distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data

• interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security

• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access restricted content

• circumvent payment, access, or technological protection measures

• upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

• engage in fraud, including payment fraud or certificate fraud

• spam other users or misuse communication features

• collect other users' personal information without authorisation

• use the Academy to promote unrelated commercial products or services without permission

• engage in conduct that damages Resurgir Academy's reputation or operations

3. COMMUNITY AND DISCUSSION FEATURES

Where forums, comments, or peer-interaction features are available, users must communicate respectfully and constructively. Content that is abusive, discriminatory, off-topic spam, or otherwise disruptive may be removed.

4. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please report it to Inquiries@resurgirconsulting.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate, including the user or content involved and a description of the issue.

We will acknowledge reports within 5 Business Days and take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the report.

5. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following, depending on severity:

• a warning

• removal of the offending content

• temporary suspension of account access

• permanent termination of an account

• withholding or revocation of a certificate

• referral to law enforcement, where appropriate

• other action reasonably necessary to protect the Academy and its users

Refunds may not be available where termination results from a violation of this Policy, subject to applicable law.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time in the same manner as described in the Terms of Use.
